Throughout the past month or so, I've been away for a few different reasons, all good of course! In that time, you have come to know and love Coach @bstach

Barb has been one of my main training partners throughout the past 3 years. We have been through hundreds of ridiculous workouts, a handful of competitions, and too many back and forth arguments to count.

In my absence, Barb has stepped up in a massive way. Diving from her comfort zone, she showed up, spoke up, and showed out! I couldn't be more proud of all the amazing feedback I've received about my friend Barb.

I knew I could rely on Barb as she is smart, capable, kind and fun. I knew she would be perfect for our community.

I wanted to make this post to thank Barb and wish her well on her next endeavor! Barb takes on the Arizona trail next week. Over 1,300km on foot all by her self!

Good luck Coach Barb! Endeavor loves you. ♥️

The day has come to introduce Coach Barb!!
Barb has been one of my main training partners over the last couple years. All the way from Czech Republic, Barb was in search of the best Weightlifting Coach Canada had to offer
...Instead she found me.. Even from Canmore she has been supporting Endeavor by participating in the Terry Fox Run, The Open, and even the Nipika 10k. Barb is incredibly hard working, kind and so much fun. When you see her tomorrow, be sure to introduce yourself and give her a warm welcome!
